The academic session started on 1st of April 2018. The process of admission began from April and continued till July. The class - wise strength of the student is given below:-

Taking the responsibility of these students I called a meeting of the staff and teaching started from the very first day of the session. Monthly tests were conducted in all the subjects. All the activities were performed as per the academic calendar. The staff meeting was held on every last working day of the month to review the functioning of the college. The efforts in approving the teaching in the college are reflected in the result declared by the UP Board of Secondary Education. The results of U.P Board of Secondary Education are summarized below:

1. Inter Science Group: 1st Division - 50, 2nd Division - 46, Failed - 24, Pass % - 80
Praveen Kumar with 420 marks (84%) topped in the college. Four students of the college passed with Honours (More than 80% marks) and they are eligible for the special achievement award which is being provided by the Department of Science and Technology of Government of India.

2. Inter Commerce Group: Registered - 33, Passed - 28, 1st Division - 08, 2nd Division- 10, 3rd Division -10, Failed - 05, Pass % - 85
Akash Dubey with 351 marks (70.2%) topped the group.

3. Inter Humanity Group: Registered - 40, Appeared - 39, Absent -01, Passed - 31, 1st Division - 05, 2nd Division - 14, 3rd Division - 12, Failed - 08
Ankit Kumar Mishra with 349 (69.4%) marks topped the group.

Result of High School: Registered - 138, Appeared - 130, Absent - 08, Passed - 98, Failed - 32, Pass % - 75

Result of Self Finance (Intermediate): 1st Division - 12, 2nd Division - 12, Passed - 24, Fail - 8, Pass % - 75

Instruction work in the session:-

  • In order to watch the activities of the students in the field, a guard room was constructed beside the entrance gate opposite to Phoenix Hospital.
  • The height of gate of the field was raised.
  • 24 new sets of furniture for the students were constructed using the available discarded wood.
  • White marker board in all the classes of self finance section is installed.
  • A new door is installed in the toilet of the principal's chamber.
  • Almirah framing in the office is also completed.
  • To keep the water tank of self finance section cool and safe a wall of bricks was constructed around it and the tank is covered with iron rods.

Scientific Activities:-

  • A science model exhibition was organized in the college on 1st of the December 2018 with the participation of the students of all the classes. Honorable Manager took pain in inspecting each and every model and appreciated the effort of the students.
  • The students of the college got a shield after participating in the program Avishkar organized in Motilal Nehru Institute of Technology in September.
  • The students got participation certificates in the Robotics Workshop held at Motilal Nehru Institute of Technology on 13.04.19
  • The teacher and students of the college participated in a program on 125th year of the birth celebration of Prof. Meghnad Saha at National Academy of Science, India.
  • On 2nd Aug 2018 the birth day of Acharya P.C. Ray was organized in the college.
  • Science day was celebrated in the college on the 28th of February. Honorable Prof. Mahesh Chandra Chattopadhyaya inspired the students by his expert comment on the minute points of science.
  • The students of the college participated at District and Zonal level in the Jawahar Lal Nehru child science exhibition organized by State Institute of Science.
  • The students also participated in the talent search competition organized by Harish Chandra Research Institute.

Games & Sports:-

  • Playing in the open hockey competition at District and Zonal level the college team played at state level and got certificates.
  • Rajat Yadav of class 9th participated in the hostel trial camp of state level. His name is included in the list of selected candidates.
  • The college Kabaddi Team got 2nd position at District level.
  • For the first time Kabaddi was included in the annual sports of the college. In the thrilling match Red House defeated yellow house.
  • Vartik Pandey of class 11th got championship at District and Zonal level in boxing. He made the college proud by winning bronze medal at state level competition in boxing. The result of the entry in state level hostel trial in Uttrakhand of Vartik is awaited.
  • Raj Bhartiya of class 7th bought laurels to the college by winning championship in senior group Pradeep Chauhan in Junior group and Hariom Ojha in sub junior group
  • .

N.C.C:-

  • The cadets of Junior Division and Senior Division participated in combined annual training camp in the month of June and November.
  • 5 cadets of Junior Division participated in the tracking camp in Jharkhand. They were accompanied by Associated NCC Officer (ANO) Dr. V.C. Shukla.

Scholarships:-

  • S. C. Choudhary memorial scholarship: Rs.400/- per month is given to the topper of the college for two years after he takes admission in class XI.
  • Smt. Pushpa Rani Choudhary memorial scholarship: Rs.250/- per month is awarded to the topper of class VIII for two years (for class IX & X) after he takes admission in class IX in the college.
  • Justice N. L. Ganguly memorial scholarship: Maximum marks scorers of Highschool of the college seeking admission in class XI in Science, Arts & Commerce streams are entitled of Rs.200/- per session under the provision of this scholarship.
  • Late Professor Vijay Shanker Tripathi memorial scholarship: Is awarded to the topper of Intermediate exam. Praveen kumar, the topper of Intermediate with 84% marks is entitled to this scholarship for the current session.
  • Suri Photos fee compensation: Tushar Maurya of Class XI and Sandeep Singh of Class IX are the recipients of the compensation of their fees. They are extremely poor students of the college.
